It was our Twitter account which first gave us an insight into the thriving social world order, where people connect, share and bask in a virtual sense of community.
For people who love #travel or look for #carrental, Twitter helped us see there was a lot more our customers wanted than just cheap car hire prices. In fact, our customer survey reinforced the same belief.
Twitter was (and continues to be) rich with discussion about car hire and self-drive experiences, the good, the bad and the retweetable. We saw tweets cover issues like car hire companies’ customer service, recommendations and advice, surprise upgrades and a myriad of other conversations…
So we turned our efforts to the creation of this blog to help our customers in a way we previously hadn’t.
The premise is simple: our blog is a space for us to share practical advice on renting and driving a car anywhere in the world, and stories of self-drive adventures (a subject we love).
